The Board Culture Report is an annual benchmark produced by SageFlow.

Volume 1 draws on in-depth interviews with 84 board directors and C-suite executives across Australasia, Europe, Singapore, and the United Kingdom, conducted between March and September 2025.

This inaugural edition examines how boards are approaching culture governance: what structures exist, where accountability sits, and where the gaps remain.

The headline finding: 92% of directors acknowledge culture governance as a board responsibility. Fewer than 8% have a systematic framework for fulfilling it.

It is independent research. There is no agenda beyond giving boards an honest picture of where the field stands.
